I will have access to emails (assuming i get a phone signal) and will therefore be updating my blog on a daily basis for everyone to read. If all goes well, I will also publish the route I took and at the bottom of my blog will be my current position.

or via the Blog
If you would like to receive texts or e-mails, please let me know via text or email before or during my ride.
I can also update via Facebook, but this is not preferred as I don't really use it that much.
